If you haven't heard, director Spike Jonze has been cooking up a film adaptation (no pun intended) to the beloved children's book Where the Wild Things Are. Word on the current status on the film is that it's studios, Legendary and Warner Brothers, want to reshoot it the entire project. Sad times. I like Spike's style and think it would've been more than interesting to see his take on this property.
Over this past weekend there was a leak of early test footage, NOT from the actual film. It was filmed for effects purposes- so the actors in this clip are not the ones in the actual film. Enjoy.

i heard that the reason they are re-shooting it, was because it came across too dark and mature. as there were kids that cried during the test audiences.
